Learn Reiki
Learn Reiki for yourself and others in a small, supportive group.
Workshops are taught in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, in direct lineage from Dr. Mikao Usui, and are available in English, Spanish, or bilingually. Inglés, Español o bilingüe.




Reiki I
BEGINNER WEEKEND WORKSHOP
Saturday & Sunday • 10 am–5 pm • Small groups
No previous experience is needed. Over two days, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki and begin practicing this peaceful yet powerful healing method for yourself and others.
You'll learn and experience:

Reiki I hand positions and techniques

Reiki history, basic anatomy, and the chakra system

Self-Reiki for everyday balance and wellbeing

Giving Reiki to others
-
The four traditional Reiki I attunements
At the end of the weekend, you’ll receive your Reiki I Certificate in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, in direct lineage from Dr. Usui.

Reiki II
DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE
Saturday & Sunday • 10 am–6 pm • Small groups
Reiki II takes your practice further. You’ll learn the Reiki II symbols and techniques, deepen your energy work, and learn how to practice Reiki across distance.

Hands-on practice with others

Reiki II attunements
At the end of the weekend, you’ll receive your
Reiki II Certificate in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition.
Reiki I is required before taking Reiki II.

And then?
Reiki is a practice, not a race.
After a year or more of regular practice following Reiki II, students who feel ready to continue may inquire about Reiki Master Training (Level III).
Reiki Master training is offered individually and is based on experience, readiness, and mutual agreement between teacher and student.
