BEGINNER WEEKEND WORKSHOP
Saturday & Sunday • 10 am–5 pm • Small groups
No previous experience is needed. Over two days, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki and begin practicing this peaceful yet powerful healing method for yourself and others.
distance Reiki
What is Distance Reiki?
Distance Reiki is based on the idea that Reiki is not limited by physical distance. Just as Reiki can be offered with hands above the body rather than touching it, practitioners can also work at a distance. You can receive Reiki whether you’re across town, the country, the ocean, or time and space. Same Reiki. No commute. Skeptics welcome, too.
How does Distance Reiki work?
Before the session, you and Elke talk briefly, agree on a time, and you send a recent photo of yourself. At the scheduled time, find a comfortable place and relax while Reiki is sent to you. You don’t need to be on the phone or do anything special. You can also receive Reiki while you sleep. Afterwards, you’ll receive feedback. Just like in-person Reiki, you can choose a single session or a series.
Distance Reiki isn’t only for people. Reiki can also be offered to a home or business, a group, or a special event. It can also be offered to another person, with their permission.
double energy
A VERY SPECIAL DISTANCE REIKI
Two Reiki Masters. Two continents. Four Reiki hands. One intention.
Double Energy brings two Reiki Masters together for one Distance Reiki session: yoyoReiki's Elke in New York and Sabine Kullenberg of Saku Reiki in Hamburg, Germany.
Elke and Sabine have practiced Distance Reiki together across the ocean for years. Double Energy grew naturally from that shared practice.
How does Double Energy work?
Before your session, you meet with both Elke and Sabine by Zoom or phone to talk about how you’re feeling and what you’d like to focus on.
At the agreed time, they each send Reiki for 30 minutes, simultaneously from Hamburg and New York. You don’t need to do anything special. Find a comfortable place, relax, and let them do the work. Afterwards, they share their notes and observations with you.
