Elke offers small, supportive weekend workshops and custom weekday dates for groups. The gentle, hands-on energy practice of Reiki can become a simple and meaningful part of everyday life. yoyoReiki workshops are taught in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition. As an experienced teacher, Elke makes room for different ways of learning and for the experiences participants bring with them. There’s plenty of time to practice, ask questions, and experience Reiki for yourself.
Workshops are available in English, Spanish, or bilingual. Inglés, español o bilingüe.
BEGINNER WEEKEND WORKSHOP
Reiki I
Saturday & Sunday • 10 am – 5 pm • Small groups
No previous experience is needed. Over two days, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki and how to practice it as a tool for balance and well-being. Start your journey.
You'll learn:

Reiki 1 hand positions and techniques

How to experience and sense Reiki energy

Basic anatomy, body awareness, and emotions

Self-Reiki for everyday balance and well-being

Giving Reiki to others

Plus: Reiki and the Chakra System
The workshop includes the four Reiki I attunements. Upon completion, you’ll receive your Reiki 1 (First Degree) Certificate in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, in direct lineage from Mikao Usui.

Reiki II
ADVANCED WEEKEND WORKSHOP
Saturday & Sunday • 10 am – 6 pm • Small groups
Reiki II builds on your Reiki I practice. You’ll learn to work with the Reiki II symbols, explore new techniques, and send Distance Reiki. Expand how you use Reiki for yourself and others, at home or professionally. Deepen your practice.
Review Reiki I, then learn:

The workshop includes the two Reiki II attunements. Upon completion, you’ll receive your Reiki 2 (Second Degree) Certificate in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, in direct lineage from Mikao Usui.
Reiki I with Elke is required before Reiki II, and at least three months of practice in between is recommended.

You can practice Reiki privately or professionally with Reiki I and II.
